ライセンスが有効にならない

アクティベーションコードを登録しても、ライセンスが有効にならない場合があります。
その場合、次のような理由が考えられます。

License does not become valid

Even if you register an activation code, your license may not be activated.
In that case, there are the following reasons.

ライセンスサーバとの通信ができない

ご利用の環境によっては、アプリケーション（Outlook）から株式会社シーソフトのライセンス管理サーバーとのネットワーク通信を遮断してしまうケースがあります。
以下の点をご確認ください。

Addin can not communicate with our license server

Depending on the environment you use, there may be cases in which network communication with application software (Outlook) from Seasoft's license management server is blocked.
Then, please confirm the following points.

ウィルス検査ソフトによる遮断

ウィルス対策用のソフトウェアが遮断している可能性があります。
ご利用のソフトウェアの設定で、https://seasoft.jp へのアクセスを許可する設定にしてください。

Blockade by Antivirus software

Antivirus software may be shut down.
Please set to allow access to https://seasoft.jp in the settings of your Antivirus software.

プロクシーによる遮断

ネットワークのプロクシーサーバなどで遮断されている可能性があります。
ネットワークの管理者に https://seasoft.jp へのアクセスを許可する設定にしていただくようにご依頼ください。

Blockade by proxy

It may be blocked by a proxy server on your network.
Please ask the administrator of the network to set it to allow access to https://seasoft.jp.
